Funding Plans for New Frayser High School Move Forward

Memphis-Shelby County Schools is thrilled that plans are moving forward to secure funding for the construction of a new Frayser-area high school.


On Thursday, April 20, county Mayor Lee Harris and MSCS Superintendent Toni Williams announced funding plans at the Frayser Exchange Club’s weekly meeting.

GrizzFuel Jr. Culinary Competition

(You are what you eat!)

Memphis-Shelby County Schools CCTE culinary students donned their chef's hats to prepare healthy and nutritious dishes with their peers' taste buds in mind. The competition was co-hosted by the Memphis Grizzlies.

Summer Learning Academy


This FREE program, scheduled for June 20-July 19, will provide K-12 students with extra academic (and ACT) support in a fun and engaging environment.

NOTE: Third-graders identified as at risk for retention will be automatically enrolled in SLA per the MSCS Literacy Commitment.
