Dear Families,
At KLRN, our mission is to open a world of lifelong learning through trustworthy and enriching programs on-air, online and in our community.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, it may be difficult to think about anything else. Our website seems low on the priority list, but it still plays an important role in keeping families informed and connected.
As always, we are proud to be a resource for educators, parents, and caregivers especially during these times when schools are closed and children are home for extended periods of time. Working together, we can navigate these challenging times through keeping young minds in our communities engaged.
We continue to obtain resources from PBS Learning Media to help the learning at home. You can find many here, and we encourage you to set up a free PBS Learning Media login to create folders, share ideas online. Need help navigating this awesome resource? Please see the bottom of this page labeled PBS Learning Media Resources.
Be sure to visit klrn.org/learning and connect with us at

with anything you would like to learn more about.
With Appreciation,
The KLRN Education Team

PRESCHOOL COGNITIVE - SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL

Facing a health emergency can bring up feelings of stress, uncertainty, and confusion, especially for young children. So our site is filled with content you can use all day long to spark playful learning, offer children comfort, and focus a bit on yourself, too. After all, it's important that we take care of ourselves, so that we can best care for our families.
