An engaged group of PTA members, school adopters, and class volunteers gathered for the first conversation with the Superintendent Search Parent Collective. The diverse group attended an Info Buffett at the Teaching and Learning Center where district administrators shared a deep dive into Memphis-Shelby County Schools academic program.

MSCS is hosting its first Back-to-School Parade! Please join us at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, at 160 S. Hollywood. Giveaways and voter registration opportunities will be on site!

The Annual NIKE Kids 3K is Saturday, September 9 at 9:00 a.m. at the National Civil Rights Museum.

Registration is free for all kids ages 4-14!

Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis Receives

$1 Million from Coca Cola

Community members, city and county leaders, parents, students, faculty, and staff all gathered at Craigmont HS to celebrate and support the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis as they received a $1 Million check from Coca Cola to support Career readiness.
