Elijah is a young boy in our program. He wrote us after receiving his back to school bag and said:

Thank you for all the nice gifts. I like all of them. It's so kind of you to give me nice things. Your kindness is lighting the lives of many kids like me. I'm FILLED WITH JOY! Thank you for everything you've done. God Bless you!

Sometimes the simple things like pencils, crayons, notebooks, and hygiene products can bring joy. Just like that school bag brought Elijah joy, having Christ in your heart brings a deep joy that nothing else can give. We are grateful you are here!

Check out the photography fundraiser that is taking place this month and some of the other things that have brought us joy lately!

A great big thank you to all the groups that have spent time with us this Fall. Your time, hard work, donations, and collections have been nothing short of amazing!

We are blessed with our amazing volunteers, our donors, those who constantly help with our Wish List and all those who sponsor a child and help make them feel loved.

Our hearts are constantly filled with joy:

• from the Bibles, devotionals, clothing, coats, winterwear, hygiene, school supplies, comforters, and other wish list items that are donated,
• to the scarves and amigurumi fruits that are made,
• to the gift cards that are dropped off,
• to the birthday bags that are created,
• to the events we get to speak at,
• to the way each immediate need for a child is addressed.

We are so grateful for the light you bring and the difference you have made. Thank you for partnering with us to help children in need.

Mary Jackson Photography

Mary Jackson Photography is hosting a fundraiser at The Wildflower Farm to provide an opportunity for family, pet or group photo sessions. Each session will be 30 minutes. The date is October 26th from 12-6PM. Proceeds will benefit My Joyful Heart!

We are hoping you can take advantage of this awesome opportunity.

If you don't have an immediate need for a photo session, maybe think about gifting a package to your adult children so you can get some updated pictures of the grandkids?

Mary walked into our ministry center and we got to know her a bit as she presented this idea. She has a heart to help those in need and we are grateful her skills will be bringing joy to so many.
