The care continuum at Weinberg Campus makes it possible for our residents to stay onsite at Weinberg Campus as their needs change and they need a greater level of care or more support. If you or your family member want to discuss options, contact Anna Jacobi, Director of Community Admissions. Dosberg Case Manager
Hope Santonocito, Dosberg Manor case manager from 2015 through 2020, will serve as our interim case manager. In addition, Cindy Clark, our Garden House case manager, will be onsite during the week to assist. Deb Schultz, office coordinator, will handle transportation set up and other resident needs during this time.
