Hello BeeHive Families,
As you know, we’ve been in a period of transition with the Assistant Director role. I’m pleased to share that we have welcomed Anne Elsempeter as our new Assistant Director. Anne will begin her training this Friday, and we are thrilled to have her join our leadership team!
Anne brings a background in psychology and business management, along with a lifelong career in program operations and team development. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams grow by recognizing their strengths and fostering joy and peace in their work. Anne shared that her “work and heart align with the vision and value of compassionate care for the mind, body, and spirit of those served”—a sentiment that beautifully reflects our mission at BeeHive.
After completing her onboarding, Anne will take a pre-arranged trip to visit her daughter in Arizona and will return to BeeHive on November 15th. She looks forward to meeting each of you soon.
I’m also happy to announce that Savannah will be continuing with us in a new role as Weekend Manager. Beginning November 1st, she will be on site every Saturday and every other Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In this role, she will oversee weekend operations, support the team, and ensure our residents continue receiving the exceptional care they deserve.
