WebXam announces release of new pathway practice tests
Staff are pleased to announce that 37 new pathway practice tests have been posted for use by both teachers and students. These practice tests, each with 20 items, represent a sample from all the end-of-course item banks. There are items from all courses included in the pathway. Please note that none of these items are included on the pretest or post-test - their purpose is to simulate the experience of the post-tests. Read More
WebXam Test Blueprints available
WebXam test blueprints are now available for all career fields. Test blueprints can provide high-level guidance to instructors on preparing students for testing. The total number of test items for a particular outcome (as designated in the Ohio Department of Education Content Standards). Each course has 40 questions. The blueprints shows which percentage of each strand makes up the total pool of 40 test items for each course. Access the blueprints here .
WebXam Test Review
Test Reviews are limited to 50 teachers per session due to room size and available equipment. The sessions fill up quickly, so early registration is encouraged. A wait-list registration is available if a session is full. Scheduling for morning sessions will be made available first and the sessions will last from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. If we determine there is enough demand, we will also offer an afternoon session from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. The 2018-19 dates for upcoming test reviews are listed below:
  • December 13, 2018
  • January 14, 2019
  • February 15, 2019
  • March 18, 2019
  • April 9, 2019

To cancel or change your registration, you must send an email to webxam@osu.edu at least 5 business days prior to the session. Space for the Teacher Test Reviews is limited, users who register and do not cancel or are no shows will be charged the full amount. More information

A check in the box makes a contribution to Ohio FCCLA Endowment. 
All investment returns support Ohio FCCLA leadership training, competitive events, and scholarships. Please support Ohio FCCLA Endowment by checking the box when registering for Career Development Events.

Career Development Event Registration FAQ's
I submitted affiliation.
CDE registration will not open until your money has reached National FCCLA office.

I paid my affiliation but still cannot register for CDE’s.
If you have any outstanding invoices from Ohio FCCLA you will be blocked until the amount has been rectified. 

When do I have to pay for CDE registration?
You have until January 15 to pay the CDE invoice.

How many events can one person participate in?
For Professional and Career Preparation one member can participate in an individual and team event for a total of 2 events

For Occupational category members can participate in an individual and team event in the Ohio category plus Professional and Career Preparation an individual and team event for a total of 4 events.

What happens if I miss the December 15 deadline?
Contact the state office for the late registration form. The Board of Directors implemented a policy for an additional late fee if a chapter registers after December 15. Review the policy.

What if I want to change a members name in an event?
After registration closes you will be able to change members names but not events. Name changes can be made up until January 15.

Does State Degree and Outstanding Chapter have a fee?
There is no cost for State Degree or Outstanding Chapter. Members participating in either of these events are still able to meet the participation requirements as stated above.
