Ohio has partnered with Kentucky and Michigan FCCLA to host the first annual Tri-State Officer Development Training. Prior to the event there will be a Virtual 5K Run for members and advisers. Details and registration forms will be available October 1, 2020.

The first hour of the training will be live featuring a keynote speaker, national officers, state and regional officers. We will recognize the top 5 runners from each state during this time. Following a networking session members and advisers will have the opportunity to view a number of Red Talks and professional sessions.

Lead4Change is a terrific program to give students purpose and connection while they strengthen social-emotional and leadership skills. Keep following us each week and access the lessons and resources when you are ready.

One of the best features on your Lead4Change member dashboard is the Student Leadership Survey. We have activated live links for you to share Before and After assessment surveys with students. To get clear instructions on using this feature, here is a short instructional video. Log in now and start measuring student leadership capacity before you begin the program.
