Career Development Events
When preparing for Regional Career Development Events be sure you are following the Ohio events. Affiliated chapters have access to the Ohio Virtual CDE’s through the affiliation portal under Resources tab - Ohio folder.

Before you can register students in a CDE, affiliation must be paid.

Regional Career Development Events Timeline
February 8 - 12 - Upload URL for each CDE
February 15 - 19 - All CDE participants will complete Online Testing
February 22 - March 5 - Evaluation of CDEs
March 11 - Regional Awards Released
March 15 - Announce State Qualifiers

Entrepreneurship: Level 1 - Level 2

Focus on Children: Level 1
Fashion Construction: Level 2 - Level 3
Fashion Design: Level 2 - Level 3
Garde Manger: Level 3
Hospitality Tourism & Recreation: Level 3 
Interpersonal Communication: Level 1 - Level 2

Language and Literacy: Level 3

Subject matter experts (advisers) serve

Evaluation team consist of two SME’ and one business/industry
Each team will evaluate all four regions
