From The Editors August 26th, 2019

In this issue of British Columbia Golf's newsletter, we have the official annoucement of the Grand Prize Winner of a 2-day trip for two at Bear Mountain Resort in Victoria following the conclusion of the BC Golf Fantasy Golf Tour Challenge.

There's news on the final two British Columbia Golf Championship events with the crowning of winners from both the Juvenile and Bantam & Novice tournaments as well as another National title for BC's Jackie Little. Be sure to check out how you can enjoy the PNE Fair while helping KidSport #SoALLKidsCanPlay! And also take part in the Economic Impact of Golf In Canada study survey.

Of course we have Brad Ziemer's BC Golf notes with his weekly eye on what's happening involving golf and golfers around BC. Lastly, we direct your attention to a gofundme page that is designed to help the Bennett family from Victoria who lost virtually all their belongings in a tragic fire that burned their home to the ground. Daniel Bennett recently represented BC in the Hogan Cup Matches down in Oregon.

As always, if you have any thoughts or suggestions on topics you'd like to see appear going forward in your newsletter please send a message via the "Contact Us" button located on the top right of the BC Golf website home page.
