Meet the cohort and explore the program here. | | A Gift of Hope for Farm Families | | Farm Foundation is honored to receive a generous gift from rancher Riley Boschma and her children in support of the Farm Family Wellness Alliance. This heartfelt contribution honors Riley’s late husband, Jimmy Boschma, a respected rancher and entrepreneur whose life was tragically impacted by the challenges of mental health. | Through this gift, Riley and their five children are turning personal loss into a mission of hope—helping ensure that farmers and their families have the support they need. | | | Learn more about this initiative and how you can support mental health in agriculture here. | | A Collaborative Look at Biotech Acceptance | | At our January Round Table Meeting, we held an engaging and interactive event storming session, during which we explored the perspectives of producers, regulators, consumers, and investors. Each group shared unique insights, identified challenges, and brainstormed actionable solutions to build trust and drive innovation in biotechnology. | | Farm Foundation Joins Ignite by 4-H Summit | | Farm Foundation proudly participated in the Ignite by 4-H Summit in Washington, D.C., focusing on enhancing leadership, education, and youth workforce readiness in food and agriculture. | | Foundation leaders engaged with the National 4-H Council to deepen partnerships, led an insightful panel discussion, and participated in traditional 4-H activities, connecting with young leaders nationwide. | | Join Farm Foundation Next Gen alum Mya O. Price on Thursday, April 10, 2025, for the inaugural panel discussion, "Tracing the Legacy: Black Farmers and the Fight for Equity." Panelists include Farm Foundation Round Table fellow and board member Jewel Bronaugh, president and CEO of the 1890 Universities Foundation, and 2023 Farm Foundation Innovator of the Year Award winner PJ Haynie, owner of Haynie Farms.
