,
Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass raised over $200,000 for local conservation.

We are excited to report that Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass raised over  $200,000 for local conservation . That's nearly twice as much as in 2017.

Thanks to everyone who attended and to our sponsors for making it all possible.

The event was held at  Creamery Ranch in the heart of the Lake Creek Valley's beauty. Several properties permanently conserved by EVLT were visible from the event, including  Creamery Ranch and Homestead conservation easements.

Because of such a great show of support, we'll be able to conserve more land in the coming years while fulfilling our annual duty to protect the lands already conserved.

Special thanks goes to the Creamery Ranch HOA for hosting the event and to the Precourt Family for sponsoring Garden to Glass.

EVLT must still raise over $175,000 between now and the end of the year to meet our budget. With the help of people like you, I'm confident we can reach that goal.

Sincerely,

Jim Daus
Executive Director

Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass

Farm to Fork and Garden to Glass were catered by Vail Catering Concepts using several local ingredients donated by Knapp Ranch.

Farm to Fork 2018 was an incredible night filled with sweet treats, tasty cocktails, and conservation camaraderie. Nearly 250 conservation enthusiasts attended the sold out event and helped raise over $200,000 for local conservation efforts.

Thanks to everyone who attended, table sponsors, and all of our corporate partners for making it a night to remember. You can watch the  video  played at dinner  here  and a recap of EVLT's recent conservation efforts  here .

Thanks to all six of our bartender contenders for their outstanding displays of cocktail
creativity.  Pivot62, a new bar located within the Doubletree Hotel in West Vail, stole the show with their winning cocktail, "Colorado Stinger." Miss the event? You can sample their award winning cocktail innovations and see their shiny new trophy at 2211 N Frontage Rd in Vail.

Garden to Glass attendees sampled cocktails from Pivot62, 10th Mountain Whiskey Co, Terra Bistro, Vail Catering Concepts, The Rose, and Root & Flower.
