What is a Farm-to-Table Dinner?
The farm-to-table movement is about bringing locally grown, fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, and meats to households and restaurants by eliminating long-distance transport of food items. Along with the benefits eating locally can bring to the environment, it is also a great way to support growers in our region, who are quite often our neighbors.
Plant Land will be hosting four Farm-to-Table Dinners.
Monday, October 18 & 25 and Monday, November 8 & 22
at our greenhouses, located at 1008 US HWY 2 East, Kalispell.
Cocktail hour 6:00 - 6:50 pm
Dinner 7:00 pm
Chef/Owner Frank Hanes of The Spot in Kalispell, will offer a delicious cocktail hour to be followed by a four-course dinner meal.
Chef Hanes comes to Kalispell from fine dining establishments in New York and San Francisco.
Chef Hanes will offer local produce from Raven Ridge Farms, Wicked Good Produce, and Sun Hands Farm. The proteins he will be serving are
