FARMSTAND

Squash, Spice, and Everything Nice!

Fall at the Farmstand

The seasons are turning, and so is the bounty at the farmstand! Come savor fall’s finest: acorn, delicata, and butternut squash, crisp peppers, vibrant chard, cauliflower, and so much more. Stock up on farmstand favorites like Land's Sake honey and our signature fresh tomato sauce, or pick up some fresh bread and delicious fall treats.

Visit us Tuesday–Friday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 10am–4pm. Please note that winter hours begin November 1! Farmstand hours will shift to Wednesday–Sunday, 10am–4pm.

EDUCATION

Register Now For Late Fall Education Programs

Grades K-5; programs run November-December

This November and December, the farm comes alive after school! Dash through open fields, stir up cozy soups, build crackling fires, and spend time with our furry and feathered friends. It’s fresh air, warm vibes, and farm fun—just what fall ordered.

FARM

Delicata Squash - Enjoy it at its Best!

Unlike some other winter squash, delicata is ready to eat directly after it's harvested. Delicata's unique coloration and shape make it stand out, and its skin is edible. Simply slice and roast it in the oven with olive oil and your favorite spice blend for a delicious, easy side dish. Since delicata doesn’t store as well as other winter squash, we encourage you to enjoy it now, while it’s at its best!

FREE EVENT

Fall Farm Walk

Saturday, October 18, 10-11:30am

Each season, Land’s Sake offers a free walking tour of the farm, allowing participants to go in-depth into the current happenings in our fields and forests. Gather with a seasonal beverage inspired by the farm, then enjoy a guided walk around the property, learning more about our farming philosophy and seasonal practices. No cost, but registration required.

FARM

Compost your Pumpkins!

Don't throw your pumpkins out with the trash! Please consider dropping them into one of our compost bins (keep an eye out for them, they'll be arriving soon!). Our farm crew is grateful for these additions to our compost pile! Compost is an important part of regenerating our soil. Carved pumpkins welcome, however nothing with paint or stickers, as they are not compost friendly. Thank you!

EVENT PHOTOS
