Maple Mixer: A cozy cocktail party at the Farmstand

Join us after-hours in the Farmstand for a special new event, the Maple Mixer, a cozy cocktail party to celebrate maple season and welcome the vernal equinox, Thursday, March 20, 6:30 - 9:00 pm.

This intimate event in support of Land's Sake will feature:

• Signature cocktails featuring Boston Harbor Distillery
• Beer & wine
• Savory, hand-crafted appetizers
• Specialty desserts

Tickets: $250 per person, includes a $150 tax-deduction donation. Leave your wallet at home! Your ticket is your donation in support of farm operations.

Maple Tapping Coming Soon!

Weather dependent - register to volunteer for more details

Maple tapping could begin any day! Tapping trees for sap is all about the weather: sap flows when Spring's warm daytime temperatures cause carbon dioxide inside the trunk to expand, creating a positive pressure. Cold nights and warmer days are required to create syrup flow that's strong enough for collection.

We are waiting for some warmer days before we tap trees. This weekend and next week look promising, so if you want to be updated and join as a volunteer, sign up now!
