A Remembrance for Every Meal Holy

 A Prayer

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 Love conquers all.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 Not by violence

 Does Love hold sway.

Take, eat, drink, and remember,

Betrayal is not the final word.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 You must be broken open.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

There is more to be revealed.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 The Holy One

 Who created you

 Will not forget you.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 To release your spirit

Into the embrace of the Holy One.

Take, eat, drink, and remember,

 The final word is healing.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 The final gift is hope.

Take, eat, drink, and remember,

 The final blessing is peace.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 Love is holding Your life.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

 Love’s promise

 Is trustworthy and true.

Take, eat, drink, and remember

By this You will be re-membered.

And it will be good news

For you and for the world.

The Heartland Conference S.A.R.A. partnership will continue to serve as a conduit for aid to partners in Ukraine who are suffering as a result of the war. Daily, our partners are bringing food and water relief to displaced Ukrainians in Transcarpathia.  Please know that your gifts of any size make a difference in this critical time.
S.A.R.A. Ukrainian Emergency Fund

The work continues! We deeply appreciate your generous donations and will continue to accept funds to help support the folks in Ukraine.

To date we have received $107,930.29

Sometimes it feels like we don’t say “thank you” enough simply because we don’t reply quickly. So many of our friends around the world, churches and service organizations, are generous in their contributions to SARA’s Emergency Fund for Ukraine.

We are grateful for your support of time, money and plain hard work. Sixteen boxes have been sent to Ukraine via Hungary. It was no easy task, at least 20 people sorted, packed and helped the packages on their way.

Your support allows us to focus on our work in Hungary and Transcarpathia, Ukraine. We have been able to supply food and safety items, medical supplies and equipment. We also provide money for the refugees and their families who are beginning the process to relocate.
