We invite you to join in a special Lenten discipline this year, involving a "Fast Relay."  Forty people are needed to volunteer to fast one 24-hour period, taking fluids only, and then "pass it on" with encouragement to the next person.  Those who are not fasting are invited to pray every day for those who are - a list will be provided in each Sunday's bulletin.  This is a way to be mindful of many things - Christ's presence in the world, the predominance of hunger and desire in our lives, and the support of a loving Christian community.

If you are not going to be present this Sunday, but want to sign up for the Fast Relay, please email [email protected] to indicate your interest.  We will contact you about a day for you to do the fast. Dates are taken through March 13.

A touch of Ash Wednesday...we will include the imposition of ashes in this Sunday's service (Feb. 22) since we were snowed out on Wednesday night.
