It's Father's Day weekend and we're extending our "Come Back Stronger" theme as we celebrate Dads!
Typically, dads are protective figures in our lives. At their best - and often when we're at our weakest - they fight for us. In the Bible, the story of a young king named David famously begins with a battle and a giant. Often imagined as just a tale of the little guy against the big guy, this story is much more: it's a picture of God as a Father who fights for us - if we let him.
This weekend we ask the 3 questions everyone needs to ask in order to invite God the Father into our fight.

Here's What's Happening!
Meet us in the Lobby!
Do you miss seeing all your friends in the church lobby every Sunday? So do we! So this Sunday we'll once again offer the opportunity to connect (virtually) after church -
Join your friends and the CCC staff in your choice of four different "lobbies" on Zoom immediately after each online service. You can catch up, chat a bit, tell stories, ask questions - just like we do in person (you'll just have to bring your own coffee and bagels...).
HERE to see the list of lobbies and hosts. See you Sunday!

In consideration of the public health concerns related to COVID-19 and the Governor's
guidelines for Massachusetts, there will be no on-site services at Cape Cod Church until June 28th..
Live-hosted worship service broadcasts will be available each Sunday online at 9 & 11 am on our
CCC Live and
Facebook Live platforms, and on-demand on Facebook through the week.
Here is how I am praying:
That we as a church will act and live not in fear, but in love for our neighbors.
That what seems like an obstacle for the church becomes a great opportunity to reach and serve those whom God loves.
That we would see God work and the gospel spread in our communities in unexpected ways.
Stay connected during this critical time by joining us online this Sunday. In addition to our regular services, we'll update you on how we are serving our community and how we are continuing to engage with you and your family during this challenging season.
