Fathers play a critical role in child development. 

When dads are around, the whole family benefits. Partners feel more supported and are more responsive and affectionate with their children. Children develop better problem-solving skills, increased confidence, and a higher tolerance for stress. Girls are more trusting and boys are less aggressive when they have a father figure in their lives. Fathers, themselves, show positive gains in their own development and life decisions when impacting the life of a child.

We should celebrate the impact fathers make on their children, not only on Father's Day, but every day. Happy early Father's Day, all!
