Taste, Savor and Enjoy Father's Day
Father's Day is next weekend and we have found a great way to celebrate all the dads in our lives. Join Dick Steltzner on Zoom at 2:00pm, he will be online to share stories of life and winemaking in Napa Valley for the last 55 years. Truffle Shuffle, Chefs Jason and Chef Tyler will be leading us through step by step how to prepare a perfect T- bone steak, then you can loaded it with Australian Truffles, this one is Dick Steltzner approved. You will also learn how to make a shallot jam, a mind blowing delicious baked potato finished with even more truffles.
Truffle Shuffle Father's Day Kit includes:
• 24 ounce Prime T-bone steak
• Potato for Baking
• Balinese Truffle Salt
• 1 oz. Fresh Australian Black Truffle
• Ingredients for Shallot Jam
All ingredients are premeasured so cooking is so easy, each kit will generously feed two people.
For every kit sold, Truffle Shuffle donates a meal to a healthcare worker.
You can order multiple kits per household or send a kit as a gift to other family members and they can join in on the Zoom.
Class is held at 2:00 PST on Sunday June 21st. If you can't make that each kit includes a detailed set of instructions so you can cook at a time that suits your schedule.
