Henley Hill Farm is nestled right outside of Winston-Salem, in Pfafftown NC. Our family is excited to invite you to experience peace and the healing touch of
nature. Our goal is simply to bring a smile to your face and give you time to detach from the things that seem to try and own us- stress, possessions, time and endless
to-dos.
Yoga begins at 9 am. All you need to bring is a water bottle (I'll have water in case you forget), a yoga mat or towel and an open mind.
