This morning, our city had the great privilege of hosting the Mayor’s Coalition, a gathering that brought together elected state, municipal, and county officials as well as the Fort Bragg Garrison Command Team. These moments of collaboration are more than a meeting; they are essential to our shared success. When local government, military leadership, and civic partners come together, we strengthen the very fabric of our community. Teamwork and collaboration aren’t just buzzwords here in our “Can Do” city, they’re our way forward. Today reaffirmed how powerful our partnerships can be when guided by shared purpose and mutual respect.

July brought us 23 days over 90°F, and our air conditioners worked overtime to keep our families cool.
