This unique waterfront Condo unit in La Jolla has unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.
Tazz Lighting was given the task to design from a basic concept to a full lighting design for this unique condo facing the Pacific Ocean. Many hours were put into the conceptual design between Tazz , general contractor and homeowner. Some exclusive lighting features include, exposed LED linear lighting that was both practical and stylish at the same time, to create a warm, comfortable living space allowing for minimal light output and maximum mood control, setting up the most surreal lighting environment that complements breathtaking sunsets of the Southern California Coast.
The few decorative lighting fixtures throughout the condo added an additional layer of light that finished off the elegant lighting design but at the same time keeping it minimalistic.
The entire home included a LUTRON home automation system to allow the homeowner ultimate control over the layers of light giving them the ability to create warmth throughout the whole home, depending on the time of day.
