per candidate.

Make Sure You Are Eligible to Vote!


In order to vote to endorse candidates, you must be a member of Three Parks Independent Democrats. In addition, you must have met the dues payment and meeting attendance requirements listed on the Rules page of the Endorsement Center on the Three Parks website here.


The list of club members eligible to vote at the February 19 meeting can be found here If you have met the dues and attendance requirements but your name is not on the list, contact the club's Membership Director Josh Pepper by clicking here. The list is updated regularly, so watch for updates.

2025 Primary Election

Candidates Endorsed at the Feb. 12 Club Meeting


At the Feb. 12 club meeting, Three Parks club members voted to endorse the following candidates for the June primary:


New York City Mayor

current New York City Comptroller

(winner on the second ballot)

(voted to be the club's second choice for the city's

 ranked-choice ballot)

Petitioning Starts February 25

Petitioning, that recurring process during which we collect voters' signatures in order to get our endorsed candidates on the ballot, will begin this year on February 25 and run through late March. Volunteers are needed. If you wish to volunteer, please contact Theresa Canter by clicking here.

Refresher: The Roles of the District Leaders and Judicial Delegates

 

The District Leader

  • Is an unpaid volunteer elected official who represents the party members in his/her district to the party’s apparatus
  • Sits on the Executive Committee of the County Democratic Committee
  • Recruits poll workers and election inspectors for the primary and general elections
  • Listens to the residents of the district to learn what issues are affecting their quality of life
  • Works with the district’s city, state, and federal elected officials to ensure that the voices of the community are heard
  • Provides support to elect good candidates to public office in the district
  • Is an information resource for the district’s voters in numerous ways including poll site locations, election results and information about candidates
  • is responsible for promoting Democratic turnout in general elections

 

Judicial Delegates

  • Judicial Delegates select the Democratic nominee for open New York County Supreme Court judgeships.
