Paul Campbell
Senior Tai Chi Teacher

In February’s Time in the Art, we will explore the tai chi principle of Momentum. Participants will experience how all movement produces momentum, which can, if unimpeded, provide additional impetus for further movement.

Along these lines, the original 13 postures of tai chi were traditionally described as Long Boxing because of how their ceaseless movement was coupled with momentum. In this session, we will focus on how this interplay of movement and momentum impacts both our tai chi practice and our everyday actions.

Open to all students and teachers.
This class is FREE for TCF members and $20 for non-members.

Save the date! Our March 18 Time in the Art will be taught by TCF Legacy Holder Margaret Olmsted and explore the Tai Chi Principle of Softness.
