Lei Fundraiser
Kū Pono I Hoʻokahi Hawaiʻi, KCC Hawaiian Club will be holding a lei fundraiser for upcoming graduations. The lei will be handmade by our club members. Hoʻolei Scholarship Fundraising
During the month of February, we have set a goal of raising $250,000 so that our local high school seniors can get their first year college free.
Our Hoʻolei Scholarship will support the cost of tuition and provide access to on campus employment for all Kauaʻi Island public and charter school seniors who directly come to Kaua`i Community College!

Intro to Oli Workshops

Hawaiian Studies Classroom
Kīpuka Center is hosting a series of workshops at HWST Classroom that introduce the fundamentals of traditional Hawaiian Oli (chant). These workshops intend to increase our campus's cultural awareness of Hawaiian protocol. In addition, these will better prepare participants/KauCC Community for the Hawaiian protocol to receive the new UH President on March 5th. This is the perfect time to learn as Kīpuka will feature the very basics of Mana, Oli, and Oli Exercises at the basic barebones. Workshops are inclusive to all. An Evening with David Sedaris

David Sedaris, America's best-selling humorist and social satirist, returns following publication of his most recent book of short stories, Happy Go Lucky, and his first ever children's book, Pretty Ugly. In his customary sartorial and humorous manner, David will make you laugh and think in equal measures, with all new, unpublished stories and commentary. As always, the reading will be accompanied by a pre and post-show book signing. So bring any works you have by David to the theatre.

University Center
The University Center supports online learning with local support. The center houses a multitude of tools to help you earn your degree online or in a hybrid program while staying on Kauaʻi. Itʻs located on the second floor of the One Stop Center and is here to help you further your education. Services offered include advising on online, hybrid associateʻs, bachelorʻs, post-baccalaureate, graduate degrees, and certificates; technology and equipment loan-outs for distance-education programs; assistance with visits to campuses on other islands; and assistance with accessing the distance-ed classroom in the library.
