Anza-Borrego has received a few good soaking rains lately. As a result, Borregans are already reaching for their wildflower guides! We may not necessarily experience a superbloom this year, but we are betting that there will be plenty of blooms to enjoy!

We are already getting reports of desert sand verbena (pink) and desert sunflowers (yellow) starting to bloom along Henderson Canyon Road in Borrego Springs, as seen in these photos.
