A Campus for the Creative Spirit
Greetings from LOLA Arts
Off and Running

Happy February! It's hard to believe that we are in our second month of our Winter Programming. As you will see below, there are opportunities for the LOLA community near and far to experience art; virtually or in-person. Our zoom photography class (PhotoLOLA) continues to meet bi-weekly, our musical theatre zoom workshop examined songs from Showboat, Miss Saigon, and Cabaret last week and will run for two more sessions, LOLA's Readers Theatre had a zoom planning session, and our Northwoods Poetry and Photography Exhibit opened this past Monday. Be sure to drop in to see the exhibit if you are in the area. Consider attending one of the events connected to the exhibit - they both include tasty appetizers made by our board president Lynn Richie and an opportunity to meet the exhibit's artists.

Last year, in spite of COVID-19, LOLA found ways to provide many opportunities for people to create. More details about LOLA' s 2020 year can be found in the Annual Report, which will be available in print soon. In the meantime, if you'd like to take a look at a digital version, click here or click on the photo.
