Ingredients:
  • Mixed Berries (Strawb. rasps. blk & blue berries)
  • Ground chia and flax seed
  • Banana
  • Honey 
  • Juice Blend (Orange, strawberry and banana)
Club Champs
There was standing room only to watch the finals of the Women's singles and the Men's Doubles on Saturday night. Both matches had some fantastic tennis being played. Maya Elsaghir won the Women's event 6-3, 1-0 as Sahsa Bezglasni had to retire in the second set with an injury. Rayyan Rasheed and Tyler Troche edged out Dann Kepford and Richard Peck in two competitive sets 6-4, 6-3 to take the Men's Doubles title. It was a great three days of fun competition. 
Next Club Champs will be mixed doubles and held on May 28th - 30th
All members ages 14 and older are encouraged to enter. Guaranteed 3 matches and includes a social on Saturday night. Only $30 to enter.
It's okay if you don't have a partner, we will help find you one.

U12 Nationals, March 20 - 26th
We've been hosting the U12 Nationals for 14 years! That means, some of Canada's top players have played right here at our club including Bianca Andreescu, Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger-Aliassime.

What To Watch For...
We are going on our third ITF Tour of the season! Coach Jeff will be taking 4 of our Juniors to Mexico from Feb 11-27th.
Since Sept, The Academy has sent players to compete in Dominican Republic, El Salvador/Guatemala, and now Mexico! We've created a blog page so you can keep track of their progress and share in their adventures and misadventures. Good Luck and safe travels!
