REMINDER - if you haven't sent in your Dues for 2026, please read the below section from the January Breeze.
Per Club By Laws, Dues and Fees are due by March 1. If you are unable to pay by March 1, please contact Pat Donnelly to discuss your payment options.
You can find the 2026 PCC Dues and Fees Statement here.
Again this year, the Dues and Fees Statement is a fillable PDF. We encourage everyone to fill it out electronically as it greatly reduces errors and legibility issues. Occasionally there have been issues with email virus scanners flagging this as a virus because of the code in the form that does the automatic calculations. If you have this issue, you can download a copy directly from our website: https://www.pymatuningcenturyclub.com/membership. At the bottom there is a link to the Dues and Fees Statement.
To get started, fill in the personal information on the first page. Note, boat length is necessary for the calculations to work correctly on the second page, so that is important if you will be keeping a boat at PCC. The second page starts with 3 questions at the top. Click the appropriate button and pick the appropriate drop down. This will auto fill much of your Dues and Fees Statement. Then fill in the applicable blue boxes only (they may be another color depending on your computer settings), not all will apply to everyone. The totals will auto calculate and give you a grand total that you owe. Once the form is fully filled out hit the print button and send a printed copy along with your payment to the address on the form. Please fill out the form in its entirety.
If you have any issues, feel free to give me a call or text or email and I’ll work with you on it. Note, the form may not work on Apple mobile devices but should be compatible with other browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome). Saving to your desktop and opening with Adobe Acrobat is the best way to fill out the form if other methods don’t work.
A few notes for 2026:
- Basic membership has increased by $10 for 2026.
- Continuing for 2026, we are requiring all members to either contribute work hours to the club or pay a $100 buy out fee. The work hours are equivalent to 2 (Spring and Fall) work parties. Attend both parties and you’ve fulfilled your requirement. If you are unable to attend one or both parties, you can make up the hours by doing other work around the club. A list will be posted at the club. Each work party is about 4 hours of work, so the intention is about 4 hours of other work around the club to make up those hours if you don’t attend a work party. There are lots of opportunities around the club from painting, maintenance, light construction, party setup/teardown, pressure washing, etc. If you prefer, you can pay a $100 buy out fee and the collected money will go towards those projects.
- If you are an original DLH (permanent dock) investor you will continue to pay the $125 dock maintenance fee, all other renters pay the $500 dock rental fee.
- There is a spot for an optional donation to various club funds. This is optional but is an easy way to put a few extra dollars (round up!) in one of several funds.
- If you want to be fully electronic we can accept payments by Zelle. Please contact Pat Donnelly directly for this option.
All dues and fees are due by March 1, 2026.
