  • Guarantee your child a seat for next year.
  • Take advantage of the discounted fee before enrollment opens to the public on March 1.

Important information and links to   access online re-enrollment were sent to your email on Jan 31.

Here are a few details that further explain the re-enrollment process:
  • FACTS (formerly RenWeb) sends the re-enrollment email message to only one parent. Please check with your spouse to confirm that one of you received the email.

  • FACTS makes the re-enrollment link available in the Family Portal only to the parent who received the email. If Jane Doe received the email, then you need to be logged into the Family Portal as Jane Doe.

  • If you have forgotten your user name or password and always use your spouse’s login, contact Jennifer Miess at  or 412-364-8055 to have the password reset.

A Not So Terrible Parable
Performed by Berkeley Hills and Wexford students
It was a dark and stormy night . . . a man lay injured by the side of the road. Two travelers passed him by. Mysteriously, he is delivered to the doorstep of the quaint Mountain Vista Inn, where the startled guests, the butler and the maid (of course!), and a famous detective must use their wits to sleuth out every clue to get to the bottom of this mystifying whodunit.
Please join us for mystery, candlelight, organ music, strange pizza toppings, and our host, Alistair McAlister, in this Master’s Peace Theater re-creation of the parable that Jesus told about the Good Samaritan.

Send your great Eden event and athletic photos to us at:

Submissions must include your name, campus, date, and event details with the photos.

  • Photos submitted may be included on Eden's website, Facebook, Instagram. or yearbook.

  • Student first names may appear; we do not tag or use last names of current Eden students on social media.

Fine Arts Night
May 4
Mt. Nebo Campus

Concerts will be presented in the cafe and artwork will be on display.

The National College Fair is coming to the David Lawrence Convention Center on Thursday, February 6, 9:00-12:00 pm and 6:30-9:00 pm and Friday, February 7, 9:00-12:00 pm

A college fair can be a great way to get initial information and access to hundreds of colleges, particularly if you're in 11th grade!

Avoid lines and receive additional details when you REGISTER FOR FREE at WWW.NACACFAIRS.ORG/NCF

You must email the front office to notify Eden that your student is attending the fair with at least one of their own parents/guardians, in order for them to receive an excused absence from school. Students, please be responsible and communicate with your teachers as well about any missed work or notes!

Once you connect with colleges of interest at a fair, great next steps are:
• Visit their website and view what they have to offer
• Schedule a tour

We recommend tours be scheduled, whenever possible, over breaks in order to limit missing academic instruction time at Eden. College visits with written notice are excused absences as well. To gain the most benefit from your visits, have questions ready to ask and if you have a major in mind ask the admissions department to sit in on a relevant class.

School Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania mandates a dental examination be performed on entry into school (kindergarten or new enrollment), grade three, and grade seven . These grades were selected because they represent critical periods of growth and development.

Please submit your child’s dental form to the front office at Eden or directly to the school nurse before February 28, 2020 . Dental exams may be dated any time after July 1, 2018.

You can download a DENTAL FORM HERE

If your child has had a dental exam after July 1, 2018, documentation of their visit may be:
•    Turned into to the main office at Eden
•    Faxed to the school nurse (Avonworth) at 412-358-9621
•    Emailed to school nurse at

The school nurse is required to collect this documentation as part of each student’s health record before the end of the school year.
If your child does not have health insurance and you would like to receive information about Children’s Health Insurance Plan (CHIP), please contact the school nurse.
