CURRENT SERMON SERIES :: ROMANS 8

SERIES RESOURCES FOR ROMANS 8
The Spirit of God empowers the Scriptures to set our hearts aflame as we soak ourselves in them. Toward that end, we're making two things available to the church body during the Romans 8 preaching series.
1. Supernatural Living for Natural People :: This short book by Ray Ortlund is a *powerful* walkthrough of Romans 8, verse by verse. I rarely do this, but I URGE you to grab a copy of this from the resource table (we're selling it at a slight loss) and perhaps make it part of your time in the Word for the next few weeks.
2.Scripture Memory 5x7 Card :: During the Romans 8 series, we designed pocket-sized cards with Romans 8:1-11 on it. If you memorized these 11 verses, carrying them in your heart for the rest of your life, it might be one of the most significant things that you've ever done. Grab one of these (free) at the resource table this weekend.

ELDER BODY RESTRUCTURE UPDATE
As Jesus continues to draw people to himself with grace and power in our midst, The Bridge is in the process of restructuring our elder body in a way that is Biblical, organizationally-efficient, and can scale as The Bridge grows. HERE is an update on how that process is going.

2014 GIVING STATEMENTS
Everyone who gave to the cause of Christ through The Bridge Church last year should have received their contribution statement for the 2014 tax year by now (via snail mail). We included some encouraging stats about what God is doing in and through our church along with your statement. We sent an awesome book about money and stewardship with many of the statements as a way of thanking and blessing those of you who give faithfully, sacrificially, and joyfully to Jesus' church. A HUMBLE PLEA TO CONSIDER THE 8:30 OR 11:30 WG.
As God moves in with power and grace in our midst, we continue to run into space issues that call us to die to self. Last week we crammed over 800 people (!!!) into our tiny space for WG's. As a result, we continue to run out of seats weekly in our 10am WG. If you're not serving on a ministry team or have life obligations that push you there, please consider the 8:30 or 11:30 WG's to make room for the people God is drawing to himself among us.

STUDENT MINISTRY UPDATE
1. Wednesday Nights at CORE! If you have a student between 6th and 12th grade at The Bridge, we would love to see them on Wednesday nights as we invest and teach Jesus to the next generation. We meet from 6:30-8:00 PM every Wednesday night at the church building!
2. Summer Camp in 2015 :: We already have 29 spots filled up for Camp this year! That means we only have 10 spots left for students! If your students wants to go fill out this form and get the $100 deposit in to secure their spot! July 9-13th at Cedarmore! The cost is $375.
3. Scholarships: We have several students who would love to go to camp, but aren't able to pay the full amount. If you would like to help sponsor a student to go to camp, it would be a life changing service! Please email Pastor Matt if that is something you would like to do! matt.svoboda@bridgesh.com.

BRIDGE KIDS UPDATE
We have more children showing up weekly than ever before! If you are interested in joining the Kids Ministry team as we share and show the love the gospel to our Kids we would love to have you! People can serve on a biweekly basis or simply be willing to sub when others are out with illness and other things! We have a GREAT team and would love to have you be a part of it.
