CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE: HAPPY NEW YEAR AND WELCOME TO TLARGI 2016!
Dear Fellow Members:

I hope you had a great holiday season and that you enjoyed our elegant Christmas Ball in Costa Mesa. The 2015 Board and Committees did an outstanding job under the leadership of Chairman Larry Clarke.

It's been an honor to serve on the Board of this prestigious group these last five years and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to be your 2016 Chairman. As in previous years, TLARGI has a very motivated team of Officers, Directors , and Committee members in place. Having an engaged team is also a key goal of mine for 2016. Together, we'll continue to provide the same networking and professional development opportunities, as well as the placement and scholarship services you've benefited from over the years.

Our dinner meetings and TIPS sessions will continue to be held at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, starting with the Casino/Spouse's Night on February 2. Featured events for the year include the Summer Conference from June 3-5, followed by the Oktoberfest and Technical Conference on October 4, and concluding with (our largest event of the year) the Christmas Party on December 3. And don't forget the golf tournaments. More details about each tournament is listed below.

Throughout the year, we'll keep you informed of all meetings and events with our newsletters and website (tlargi.org). In April, we'll distribute our well-known TLARGI Yearbook & Directory and we hope you will attend our technical meetings and rubber courses for the latest products and developments in our industry.

Thank you to all who completed our membership survey this past December; 55 members responded and Melan Hall, Dan Pratt, and John Pitt won the $100 VISA gift cards. Your suggestions are necessary to ensure that we're providing the best events, activities, and services. Our focus this year is increasing participation and satisfaction with all events.

Again, we value your continued support and membership.

Sincerely Yours,

Christian Groche
2016 TLARGI Chairman
