February 2017 Ministry Updates

Attention Sponsors of Students in P7!

The new term at God Cares Schools starts February 6, 2017, and all students who were in Primary 7 last year, will now be moving to Senior 1 class (high school). God Cares High School is at least one hour away from God Cares Primary and so all of the new Senior 1 students will need residential sponsorship to board at the school.

If you sponsor one of these students, know that a volunteer from our office will be contacting you soon to see if you would like to sponsor your child's residential needs to cover their room and board.

Perhaps you have a friend that wants to partner with you to sponsor your child with you? Consider sharing the love of the child sponsorship experience with someone else.

The Shoe That Grows

This month we're rolling out our latest Love Gift, The Shoe That Grows.

Florence Dongo Tour

Florence Dongo, co-founder of God Cares Schools, continues to travel in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. This weekend she will be at Cross Timbers Church in Argyle, Texas.

Florence will arrive in CA next week. She will be at the weekend services at Living Oaks Church, in Newbury Park on Feb 11 & 12 and at Calvary Community Church in Westlake on Feb 18 & 19. Her son, Glory will join her on Feb 19 for our Annual Buyamba Dinner.
