The Nia Community Action Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the eradication of HIV/AIDS/STD's in the Piedmont Triad Community. Nia Community Action Center, Inc. provides free confidential HIV/STD counseling and testing services and educates the general public about HIV/STD prevention, as well as, advocates for sound HIV public policies.

Furches is the owner of A Slice of Heaven Desserts.  He is a full service baker, and has a mobile delivery service.  He offers gourmet desserts that aren't just limited to cakes. He bakes a variety of  delicious sweets such as: cakes, pies, brownies, puddings, and cookies. He offers 40 cake flavors, and has created several unique, mouthwatering flavors himself.

2017 City of Winston-Salem Business Plan Contest

The City of Winston-Salem  will be holding a kickoff meeting for the
 2017 Business Plan Contest on Thursday, February 16th  from 6pm to 7pm.
The meeting will be held at 101 North Main Street in the City Hall Building Committee Room, Suite 239.
At this informational meeting, staff will go over the submission guidelines and projected timeline for this year's contest and will be ready for any questions attendees might have.
