Meet Pepper !

We introduce you to Pepper!  Pepper came into our shelter after being abandoned by her owner.  She came lock stock and barrel with all of her items she had at her last home.  She also came to us expecting and had 10 adorable little pups that have all been adopted!  It's Peppers' turn now!  Pepper is a Retriever/Lab/Pit Mix approximately 1.5 years young!  She was such a good mom and has a great personality!  Pepper has been in a foster while she nursed her young pups and we found out that Pepper walks well on a leash, is a very good listener, and will come when called.  She loves to have her belly rubbed, and will just sit next to you (or in your lap if you let her).  She responds well to voice commands.  Pepper knows her basic commands and will sit and stay until released.  Pepper is very food motivated.  She seems to be a little more protective of her food if other dogs are around, so we encourage feeding her in her crate or away from other dogs until you truly understand her habits.  Pepper is great with handling and will allow you to clip her nails and clean her ears without any issues.  She seems to understand that you "do your business" outside and goes on command!  Pepper has been in a foster home with 5 other dogs adult men and woman and pre-teens.

Tiny Amari

Amari was found near the shelter on Industrial Park Drive and was brought inside to keep her safe.  She is a sweet tiny petite gorgeous brown/tiger stripe short hair cat that weighs roughly 8 lbs. Amari is estimated to be approximately 2 years young.  Her eyes are simply mesmerizing.  You can find her roaming our "kitty city" and enjoying socializing with her friends.  She loves watching the birds from the windows and enjoys swatting and chasing her toys.  You can most likely find her way up high on any surface that gives her a "birds eye" view of the room!  Amari is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, spayed, microchipped and is ready for her new home!  You must come meet this tiny cat to get the full affect of how beautiful she is!
