Tax Assistance Available
Members of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance group (VITA) will once again be offering free tax preparation assistance at the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library. The VITA volunteers will be available from February 4 through April 15. Call 211 or 1-855-301-2231 (number is available 24 hours per day). Walk-ins are not accepted.  


Creative Writers Group
February 7. 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Creative writers of fiction, nonfiction,and poetry are invited to practice their writing, meet other writers, ask questions, receive feedback, and have fun. No registration is required.
Food for a Healthy
Heart & Body
February 14. 4:30 p.m.
Bluffton University's dietetic student, Sophia Volpe, will present a program on blue and purple color foods. There is an antioxidant in certain fruits and vegetables that gives them their blue and purple color. This is called anthocyanins. It is known to help protect against cancer and heart disease. Learn how to cook with color by using these healthy foods. This program is for adults only.
Wellness Wednesday-Yoga
February 20. 6 :30-7:30 p.m.
Come learn about the benefits of mindful movement through yoga
and barre. We will discuss both the mental and physical health 
benefits. Hollie Wolfinger will demonstrate an easy yoga flow as well as some barre movement that can be recreated at home.
No registration required.
Friends of the Library Meeting. February 14. 7:00-8:00 p.m. Mr. Jeff Winkle, Director of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, will be the guest speaker at the Friends of the Library meeting. General business meeting to follow. The meeting is open to the public.

Fairy Tale Tea Party
February 23. 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Enjoy fairy tale activities and snacks. Cast members from the Youtheatre production of Honk Jr . will put on a special performance. For children age 5 and up accompanied by a caregiver. Lindamood Room.
Family Art Lab
February 25. 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Have fun making art as a family!

Teen Taste Challenge
February 5. 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Teens are invited to put your taste buds to the test! Can you figure out if it is generic or name brand? We will be trying different snacks to see which we like better. Lindamood Room.
Bob Ross Teen Paint Party
