With the assistance of various State and Federal financing sources, including the HCD Veterans Housing and Homeless Prevention Program, HUD HOME Investment Partnership Program and Low-Income Housing Tax credits, National CORE opened Vista Del Puente in December of 2018. The 52 unit complex includes 26 set asides for homeless veterans and 12 for households previously experiencing homelessness.

Meridian Development announced that construction for Fire Station #10 will soon be underway at Millenia . The official ground-breaking ceremony is slated for late March and will be hosted by the City of Chula Vista Fire Department at the site. The Millenia Fire Station project will consist of a two-story structure of approximately 12,500 square feet and will include three double deep, drive through, apparatus bays.
