RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is software that helps to streamline tasks and activities within the workplace. The technology has been shown to lead to significant ROI (Return On Investment), as seen with companies like
Intuit. Back in 2018, the firm launched an RPA pilot program using the UiPath platform and the initial focus was on the finance department, which had about 450 full-time employees.

On January 23rd, 2020 PMI NYC Annual Chapter Business Meeting was held at
NYU Kimmel Center's Rosenthal Pavilion
. Beth Ouellette, PMI Fellow & CEO of the Ouellette Group served as chairperson and greeted the sold-out event where the members learned about the plans for an implementation of transformative change to create PMI NYC 2.0! The rebranding of the chapter will reflect PMI’s global rebranding efforts.
