With the 2019 Holiday Season behind us, the Cordata Neighborhood Association hopes that you will include in your plans to attend our monthly meetings and becoming involved in our wonderful neighborhood is part of your New Year's resolutions.
On February 11, 2020 we will kick-off the New Year of our monthly meetings since our January meeting was snowed out. The meeting will start at 7PM on 2/11/20 at the Cordata Presbyterian Church, located at 400 Meadowbrook Court, Bellingham, WA 98226.
Our speakers will be Rebecca Judd, the Director of the Bellingham Public Library and Hannah Stone, our new City Council Representative for our District 1. This is an important meeting as having a branch library here in our Cordata Neighborhood is a top priority of your association. Having the Bellingham Library Director and our new City Council Representative will be critical in achieving this goal as we will need their support.
Certificates of Appreciation will be awarded at this meeting to individuals and their organizations in recognition of their generous help and contribution to CNA. Without their help and service to the CNA Board, the building and delivery of the new shed to the Cordata Community Garden would not have been possible.

Our new BHPD Outreach Officer
The Northside (includes Cordata Neighborhood) has a new Outreach Bellingham Police Department Police Officer Katrina Dearborn. Welcome Katrina!

This meeting will be a great time to start or renew your Cordata Neighborhood Association membership dues. For only $10 a year you can support your neighborhood association to continue to advocate for you. We use our dues to help support the Community Garden, to pay for the newsletter, and to cover the costs of notifying you of meetings. The CNA has advocated for all of us through efforts such as fighting for public parks in Cordata, a branch library, a louder voice in development and growth. We are your neighborhood association. Please join us today!
You can bring a check or cash to the next monthly meeting. (Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7PM in the Cordata Presbyterian Church.) You can also mail your membership dues to the address below. Please include your name, address, and email address.
