Procopio Partner Justine Nielsen Named Governance Chair of ULI San Diego-Tijuana |
The Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) San Diego-Tijuana District Council has named Justine Nielsen Governance Chair of the 700-member bi-national council. She will provide guidance and leadership to the district council in compliance with ULI policies and practices. Nielsen is a partner at Procopio, where she leads the firm’s Land Use Practice Group. An active civic leader, she is on numerous boards and on the City of San Diego’s Redistricting Commission.

Lennar Opens New Models in South County
Cleo, a community of 6 distinctive floorplans that range from approximately 1,182 to 1,675 sf. and offer 2-4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 to 31/2 baths, has just opened its model homes, Lennar announced. Located in South County's Millenia development, Cleo residents will have exclusive access to amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, barbecue area, and tot lot. Shea Homes ZOOMS into 2021 |
Shea Homes has begun pre-model sales at its newest community Marquee at Civita and reports that 11 homes were reserved at its initial release- which was conducted on ZOOM! Marquee at Civita features three-story townhomes that are contemporary in style and sustainable in design. The floorplans range from ~903 to 1,570 square feet, with one to three bedrooms and 1.5 to 2.5 baths. Prices range from the mid-$400's to the low $700's.

Stormwater Pros Wins City of Encinitas Project
Coming up on their 1 year anniversary, Stormwater Pros and their clients will be celebrating the successes of their partnerships. One of the many victories includes the commencement of the Leucadia Streetscape Phase 1 project, located along North Coast Highway 101 in the City of Encinitas. Stormwater Pros prepared the project's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), helping their client receive the necessary permit coverage prior to construction and providing guidance on how to maintain compliance. Stormwater Pros is looking forward to another year of many SWPPP successes and new partnerships.

Through education, commitment, and grit they expanded their business to create one of their best years yet! In 2020 they started working with 6 new Builders and were part of the lending team for 44 new home communities.
