Diane’s Signature Dressing

For more than 55 years, Diane Mashore’s family has made an Italian dressing recipe that has been a staple during their family events. Interested in commercializing the recipe, Diane, her husband Jim and daughters Brooke Franklin and Kim Sanders attended FAPC’s Basic Training for food entrepreneurs in October 2011 and launched Diane's Signature Products in Edmond, Oklahoma. The company has grown from selling Diane’s Signature Dressing at farmers market and making it in a shared commercial kitchen to moving into their own production facility.

“FAPC continues to be of service in all areas of our business,” Diane said. “We’ve gone through many changes throughout the years, and their advice and insight has been invaluable. With the guidance from the Basic Training class and many phone calls back and forth, they gave us a pathway to follow. We love these guys.”
