Connected Community
Here is a recent question posted to the Connected Community:
Post-event attendees lists for sponsors
I am working on creating a sponsorship package for a small conference. There won't be much opportunity for vendors to be on-site to interact with attendees, so I am considering giving sponsors access to a post-event attendee contact list. I am not sure if we've done this before - do I need to give attendees a disclaimer on the registration form so they can opt-out? Any insight/best practices this group can share would be much appreciated.

Voted Best Lakeshore Resort: The Osthoff Resort
Meeting planners have many choices when deciding where to host an event in Wisconsin. That's why The Osthoff Resort is incredibly honored to have been awarded the 2022 Best Lakeshore Resort from Wisconsin Meeting’s Magazine in their 2022 Reader's Choice Awards.
The Osthoff Resort offers everything you need to keep business going, or make it pause for a while. The pristine waters of Elkhart Lake provide an abundance of watercraft recreation — from pontoon boats, kayaking and paddleboard adventures to simply soaking in the breathtaking sunsets and live entertainment on the lakefront.
The award streak doesn’t stop there; The Osthoff Resort also received the new and coveted AAA Four Diamond “Inspected Clean” status for outstanding cleanliness standards throughout the property.
This new sanitation process for AAA properties is recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and is currently used in healthcare, food service, education and other settings requiring effective sanitation-monitoring programs.
“The Osthoff Resort is honored to have been granted both the ‘Best Lakeshore Resort’ award as well as the AAA Four Diamond ‘Inspected Clean’ enhancement status,” stated Tracie Toth, CMP, Sales Director of The Osthoff Resort. “These awards are a true testament to our resort’s already high standards for property cleanliness and surface sanitation. “Now, more than ever, our staff is committed to exceeding guest expectations and providing superior Midwest travel experiences.”
