We hope that this month finds you in good spirits and that you've had a great start to the new year. We are thrilled for our upcoming in-person meeting featuring the esteemed Folio Agent, Jennifer Chen-Tran, who will be leading our hands-on query letter workshop.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from a professional in the industry and evaluate your own query letter. Don't miss out on this exciting event on February 6th!
As always, we are here to support you in your kid-lit journey and we look forward to seeing you at our next event. Keep creating!

FOLK WISDOM & OTHER THOUGHTS
By Jim Smolski
The smallest ray of sunshine can start a leaf to turn and look with hope. I want to be the sunshine that creates that moment for at least one leaf every day. -Jim

Even a small pebble creates a splash and ripples in a pond.
So
Speak your ideas out loud
Paint your pictures and show them
Write down your thoughts and share them
They are all important.
