Effective now, all new and returning MLS users are required to attend our new class - MLS Rules, Regulations, and Technology as part of the onboarding process. Whether you're a seasoned member or just joining the South Texas MLS, this class is the perfect opportunity to power up your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry.

If you're a new member or reactivating your membership after more than 12 months away, MLS Rules, Regulations, and Technology is mandatory to attend as part of the onboarding process. However, the learning doesn't have to stop there! Even if you've been a member for a while, this course is a great opportunity to refresh your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.

Our first class will be held on March 20th where we will cover all the essential rules, regulations, and technologies you need to succeed. Plus, the class is held via Zoom (only) on the third Monday of every month from 1-4 pm, so you can join us from anywhere!

The South Texas MLS is currently looking for volunteers who are passionate about improving the MLS Rules. As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to review and provide input on a wide range of areas, including formatting, interpretation, compliance procedures, NAR mandates, and more. We're excited to have you join us on this important mission!
