New Fitness and Movement Programs
40+ Women's Double Dutch Club Partners with NECC!
Who says playing isn’t for adults? If you are looking for a fun indoor activity, join the 40+ Double Dutch Club! The 40+ Double Dutch Club is a group for women over 40 interested in building friendships, fun, fitness, and fellowship through double dutch, dance, African hopscotch, and silly schoolyard games. Their motto is “as women, we can work hard, but we believe it is imperative to take time to play as well.”

This program is included with NECC membership, daily drop-in fee, or 40+ Double Dutch Club membership. Visit our website for more info!
Pride Yoga
Are you looking for a LGBTQIA+ centered fitness class? Starting February 18, join NECC every Saturday for Pride Yoga! Open to all, this is a safe and inclusive space for the healing practice of Hatha flow yoga for LGBTQIA+ participants and allies. This class is included with NECC membership or our daily drop-in fee.

Pride Yoga is instructed by Kristi (she/they), a student of yoga for over 20 years who found great healing in the heart and mind through yoga. As a teacher and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it is her mission to create a safe space for everyone to practice yoga because yoga is for everyone.
Spring Swim Lessons
Swim Instructors are Jumping Back in the Pool!
We’re excited to announce that after modifying our swim program over the past years in response to the pandemic, swim instructors are getting back in the pool! Starting next session, instructors will teach in the pool for weekday classes in levels 1, 2, 3. Parents will remain in the water for Saturday classes. Spring Swim Lesson registration opens on Feb. 14 for members and Feb. 16 for everyone. Join us and splash into spring!
New! Adult Lap Class
If you’ve been looking to improve your stroke technique, we have a class for you. This class is designed for adults who want to learn how to build their own swim workouts and learn about how to incorporate drills and swim equipment into their swims. Swimmers must be comfortable swimming complete lengths of the pool and should be able to swim at least one of the strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke or Butterfly).
