Last month State Fund submitted a new rate filing with the California Department of Insurance (CDI), set to take effect on February 1, 2023.

While they prepare their systems for these rates to take effect, there will be a brief hold on quotes for new business submissions with effective dates in February 2023 and beyond. Quotes will be available for these submissions on or after November 14, 2022. Quotes with effective dates before February 2023 continue to be available as normal.
