ChatGPT and the future of writing instruction

The UCI School of Education's WRITE Center and the National Writing Project recently hosted a panel discussion on ChatGPT and the use of this AI technology in writing instruction. The event drew more than 3,000 registrants from Australia, Canada and the U.S. to hear ideas and advice on how to approach this new element in education.
