Welcome to February! We have some exciting classes, programs, and events in store for our community in the next couple of months. To get us started, we would love to invite you to join us at our building for some of our favorite free classes. On February 16th, Sound Dietitians will be here for this month's cooking demonstration "Slow Cooker and Instant Pot Family Favorites." Anyone who attends this class in person will not only get to sample the recipes, but will also be entered into a raffle to win a free Crockpot!
In honor of February being National Heart Health Month, we will also be offering a CPR training that is free and open to anyone in the community. This hour-long course is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn this lifesaving skill or get a refresher on old skills.
These classes are just the tip of the iceberg for what we have in store this month. We encourage you to take a look at our lineup on our recently updated website and follow us on Facebook so that you can stay up to date throughout the month!
