Join a UHS Group Counseling Session
The spring 2024 schedule for UHS group counseling is now available!
Why join group counseling? Many students benefit from counseling in a group format where common concerns can be explored. Plus UHS group counseling sessions are FREE for all registered UC Berkeley students and do not require health insurance. Learn more at uhs.berkeley.edu/groups. Register on this EmailMe Form.
It's not always easy, but making and maintaining friendships help us be healthier and happier and are worth the time investment. Each day offers opportunities to connect with potential and established friends. Need some tips and advice? Find resources at uhs.berkeley.edu/socialhealth.
Eating Disorders Awareness Week (February 26 – March 3, 2024) is an annual campaign to educate the public about eating disorders and to engage in efforts to provide hope and support for individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
At University Health Services there are healthcare providers who help students with eating disorders (ED). ED care is available to all UC Berkeley students, regardless of insurance. Please call (510) 643-7110 to schedule an appointment for an ED Clinic visit. For more information about the UHS ED Clinic, visit uhs.berkeley.edu/ed.
